Petey

Petey is a sweet border collie mix weighing in at about 35 lbs and has an adorable heart shaped marking on his forehead. Petey was not well socialized as a puppy and therefore is  very shy initially around people but will warm up with someone willing to patiently work with him to gain his trust. His tendency when scared is to move away from people. 

 

Petey plays with other dogs but can be a bit pushy so would do well with a laid back dog that would not react to his strong personality. Petey is wonderful with cats, but needs a home with no children under the age of 12. Petey is crate trained and doing well with house breaking.
