Gus

Gus is a tall, gorgeous boy with a shiny, wavy coat and he appears to be a Flat Coat Retriever/Border Collie mix. He is a lively, playful 2 year old weighing 55 - 60 pounds.

 

Gus hasn't had a lot of training but is house broken, crate trained and walks reasonably well on a leash. He has good recall and is very willing to please. Gus does well with larger female dogs, but isn't the best with other males.

 

Gus would do best in an active home with a big fenced yard, and would be a great running or hiking partner. Due to his size and enthusiasm, he is not a good match for children under 10 years. If you like to make Gus a member of your family please complete our adoption application
